exploration, hears all the commotion in the hood, and
comes in to see what's going on. He sees lots of people,
some new equipment being set up, and then sees the Prof.
That explains a lot. Another of Prof. Thietris's
projects. Hmmm...might be worth a good long
look.

Almech next tackles the problem of the
locked doors. He figured there had to be some way for
the D'ni to open it besides a crowbar. He feels the door
over, finds a slight indentation, and presses
it.
The doors fly open to reveal a small room,
furnished with a bed and a desk.
{Stellaflora comes flying in with
Cordelia's green brolly and makes a perfect touch down
in next to the gathering}

Cordelia. Sorry I was so long. Cordelia, you left your
brolly behind at the hotel, I had to use it to get here
from Tokatar Ally. Thietris, I think we need to have a
vote on a name for this new Hood so it can be listed in
the Nexus machines. How about people sugest a name and
you make the best ones into a Poll?. I would also like
to request premission to set up a lab in one of the
rooms.
Oh, and Cordelia, I almost foggot. How
much would a top of the range large collapable brolly
cost? The last one I bought I made some modifitations to
which someone sabotaged* and it
exploded."
A
mysterious van pulled up in front of what might possibly
be the front door. The driver got out, extracted his
cargo from the rear of the van and left his delivery. No
signature was required.

building. She reaches back and pulls out a piece of
paper. She looks at her surroundings and then at the
paper. "I hope this is the right place..." she
muttered as she folded the paper back up and entered the
building. She came to a large auditorium with a
squirrel at the podium. "Hey Thietris! I saw the
message you left in the A&C and I decided to check
this place out. Can you tell me a little bit what is
going on? Also, can someone give a better idea what this
place is (like in pictures) since I have no idea what
this place is? Thanks..." said Speedy as she walked to
the front.

the community room, discovering a large, empty, room
with dust coating every surface. He smiles as he

Hmm... before Uru's XP1 came out, I
entertained myself by camping out in an empty
neighborhood fountain. This empty fountain also
looks like a good place to sit for a while and relax.
Can't think of a name for this place, so I'll just watch
the world go by until we get organized, and someone
comes and kicks me outta here.

knocked my head... stone fountains shouldn't be this

Chuckles58, following his refreshing
ginger ale float at a deserted A&C Hotel, sits in
front of his linking simulator program on his security
office's main computer. He dials in to the neighborhood
image, hits the 'flip' button, Presses his hand onto the
screen and disappears
Moments later he appears in
Kirel. The place is deserted. He walks up to the
community room.
Hey, where is
everybody?
Not knowing that Prof. Theitris'
had set up his new Experimental Program 1 in a 'Kirel
look-a-like' neighborhood, he proceeds to push the blue
button on the podium.
Hey, it's the guy from
M*A*S*H, you know, Chuck Westchester, or was that
Worchester. Well, nothing going on here, so back to
Takotah Alley to wait for AgentMontoya and Sydney
Bristow.

Sunday morning carrying an envelope which she slips onto
the podium lecturn. It bears the name "Prof. T" on the
front. Inside is a letter that she had meant to pass to
the Professor the previous evening, in her excitement it
completely slipped her mind.

I would like to formally accept my
position as your new PA. I am deeply honoured that you
would consider me for such a post.

I am available to start immediately and can assure you
of my prompt and efficient service at all

smiled to herself as she thought about the adventure
that she was surely about to embark on as the Professors
Personal Assistant
She then quickly
scribbled another note which she pinned to the notice
board stating
There is bacon, eggs and a pot
of freshly brewed coffee available in the Egg Room.

Just as she was about to leave she
noticed her brolly propped up against the wall with a
note from Stellaflora.
"Good old Stellaflora, I
knew I could rely on him to bring it back to me.
What's this? How much would a top of the

Mmmmm,
I'll have to give that some thought. Brolly
manufacturing will have to take second place to my
duties working for the Professor now, but I am sure I
can come up with some kind of quote for
him."
Picking up her brolly, she rushes off to
the linking room to return to her Relto.
"So much
to do and so little time to get it all done. I really
must do the ironing today, it's been sitting around for
weeks whilst I have been busy solving the Mystery of the
Bahro Caves."

Well. Goodness! This is
an unexpected surprise. To whoever was reponsible for
adding my [cough] title, thank you! I am very honoured.
Frontmullet, What do you mean "it needs to be
shortened"?
And to those who were wondering what
the name of this place was going to be, there you have
it. Perhaps we'll just call it the Institution for
short.
HannaGertie drops in after a good nights
sleep. Hearing the proposal for the name of this
'hood and the response she askes if FM can put his hand
in the KI reader of the nexus stand, might be the way to
register this name. I had plans to open up a
nexusmachine today, nr 13 seems to be not used, to see
how it works, but on the forums a new research question
was asked by Eat-my-shorts: Do we hear the music of Myst
III in the Matrix revolutions? I bought the DVD
yesterday, anyone want's to join me watching
it?
